It's not easy being Green.

I grew up in East Lansing, Michigan - home of Michigan State University. My father was a professor at Michigan State for 40 years and my mother was a librarian there for over 20 years. My parents still live in East Lansing. I got my bachelor's degree from Michigan State.

It would be safe to say that I am a great fan of Michigan State and my blood usually runs Green on gameday. But this week will be different. I am a total convert to Nebraska and I will be cheering on the Cornhuskers from my seats in Section 3. I am so looking forward to this game. I must admit that there is a part of me that regrets not being able to cheer for MSU. I'll get over that though.
